What counts as a Scan?
One Scan is one job description run through Scoura's analysis - the Score, the Application Process Score, and the fit feedback that comes with it. Re-scoring the same role after editing your resume or the pasted description doesn't cost a second Scan.
Do I have to paste the whole job description myself?
Not always - paste a link from Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable and Scoura pulls the title, description, and details in automatically. Any other job board or company careers page still works, just paste the description in directly.
What happens when I run out of Scans on the Free plan?
You keep everything you've already analyzed - your Tracker, your scores, your history - you just can't run new Scans until you're on a plan with more. Nothing gets deleted or locked behind a paywall retroactively.
Will Scoura just tell me not to apply anywhere?
No - the point is a clear-eyed read, not a gatekeeper. Every role gets an honest Score and specific reasoning, from Excellent Fit down to Walk Away, so you can decide where your time's actually worth spending instead of guessing from the job description alone.
Can I track roles after I've analyzed them?
Yes - every analyzed role lands in your Tracker, where you can move it through your pipeline (Applied, Interviewing, Offer, and so on), flag ghost roles, and see it all as a list or a Kanban board.
Is my data safe with Scoura?
