Transparency
There's no Glassdoor for how you get hired.
Every company site tells you what it's like to work there. Almost none tell you what it's actually like to try to get hired there, the long silences, the ghosting, the process that quietly falls apart. Rate your own hiring experience in seconds, and it feeds Scourcard: a real look at a company's hiring process, built from candidates like you, before you apply.
Star Rating
0-5 stars from real candidates who actually went through the process.
Category Breakdown
Communication, speed, transparency, respect for your time, and interview experience, broken out individually.
Scam & Ghosting Signals
A majority-backed pattern gets flagged above the rating - the single most important thing to see first.
Privacy Thresholds
Numbers only appear once enough real candidates have weighed in - never a single loud review.
Built to Stay Honest
Gated for accuracy, not just gated.
A company's average rating, category breakdown, and ghosting signal only appear once a real sample of hiring experiences backs them up. Below that, Scoura shows nothing rather than a number a couple of loud reviews could swing.

FAQ
Scourcard, answered.
Where does Scourcard's data come from?
You - rating your own hiring experience takes seconds after you hear back from a company (or don't). Every rating feeds the aggregate for that company, visible to everyone considering a role there.
How many ratings does a company need before Scourcard shows anything?
Enough that one or two reviews can't swing it. Scourcard only ever surfaces aggregates once a real sample backs them up, never an individual rating, tag, or reviewer.
What's the scam or ghosting alert I sometimes see above the star rating?
When a real majority of Scoura users report a company as a likely scam, or report being ghosted, that gets flagged above the star rating itself - it's the single most important thing to know before the rest of the breakdown.
Is my individual rating ever visible to anyone?
No - Scourcard only ever returns company-level aggregate numbers. Your specific rating, tags, and identity are never exposed to other users, only folded into the overall average.
