What's the difference between the List, Kanban, and Match Type views?
Same underlying data, three ways to work it. List is the full sortable table. Kanban lets you drag a role between statuses as it moves through your pipeline. Match Type is read-only, grouped by fit instead of status - useful for triaging a big batch of newly-scored roles at a glance.
Can I move a card between columns on the Kanban board?
Yes - drag a card into a new column and its status updates immediately. It lands at the top of whichever column you drop it in, so the most recent move is always the first thing you see.
Does switching between views lose any data?
No - List, Kanban, and Match Type are just three lenses on the same Tracker. Nothing about a role changes because of which view you're looking at it in.
What happens to a role I flag as a ghost?
It drops out of your active columns and views, but it isn't deleted - you can find it under Ghost Roles and un-flag it if the employer resurfaces. See Ghost & Scam Detection for the full flow.
